  working principle



  The ambient air is collected by the sampling system and then enters the concentration system. Under ultra-low temperature conditions, volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere are frozen and captured in an empty capillary column; then the compounds are quickly heated and analyzed to make the compounds enter the GCMS analysis system; after being separated by chromatographic column, they are detected by FID and MS detector.



 Functional features



 Low temperature empty tube can capture trace VOCs in air, and the capture efficiency and desorption efficiency are higher than that of adsorbent. The detection limit of     the system is low and the repeatability is good;
   Dual channel detector allows dual channel resolution and simultaneous analysis of data;

  天虹TH-300B助力杭州G20峰會
  武漢天虹環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)股份有限公司受國家環(huán)保部委托,派出TH-300B VOCs在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)參加G20峰會長三角區(qū)域環(huán)境空氣VOCs自動監(jiān)測,負責上海淀山湖空氣自動站,江蘇宜興市監(jiān)測站空氣自動站,安徽蕪湖市監(jiān)測站空氣自動站三個站點的VOCs在線監(jiān)測工作,圓滿完成了各項任務(wù);并配合專家進行盲樣測試、現(xiàn)場考核及儀器空白等多項指標的評估工作。

  2015年9月至2016年8月,天虹公司用TH-300B系統(tǒng)離線對全國14個國家大氣背景空氣站VOCs進行定性、定量分析,累計定性檢出97種各類VOCs。

  工作原理


  儀器采用專用色譜柱組合、中心切割加反吹技術(shù)和氫火焰離子化檢測器(FID)技術(shù)進行甲烷和非甲烷總烴的檢測。樣品采集到定量環(huán)后,切換進樣閥,在載氣的帶動下分別進入色譜柱中分離。其中一路總烴進入FID檢測器中得到,另外一路氧氣和甲烷從PQ色譜柱中分離,進入5A色譜柱中,切換閥位置后烴類被反吹,甲烷進入FID檢測器檢測得到。


  功能特點


  ● 采用中心切割加反吹專利技術(shù),符合標準《HJ/T38-1999》,直接測量甲烷和非甲烷總烴;
  ● 采用專用的色譜柱組合,樣品180℃保溫。30s內(nèi)出峰,無殘留,靈敏度高;
  ● 儀器具有開機自檢功能,斷氣保護功能,短期自動重啟功能和報警功能,保證系統(tǒng)安全和穩(wěn)定性;
  ● FID檢測器具有自動點火功能和寬量程輸出,線性范圍10-7;
  ● 使用自動電子流量控制技術(shù)(EPC)控制載氣、空氣和氫氣,高精度(0.01psi),重復(fù)性和再現(xiàn)好;
  ● 核心部件均使用國際知名品牌,可靠性高,使用壽命長。
